Your growth needs a pilot. Not another agency.

I join your team as a fractional Head of Growth. I find what's holding growth back, then I run it.

A senior Head of Growth is expensive and takes months to hire. An agency runs one channel. In between, nobody is running the engine.

Overline, the Head of Growth for brands that don't have one yet.

  • 01 / The pilot

    A senior, inside your team.

Orange racing helmet in motion, speed blur

12+ years of experience: 5 in large corporates at Coca-Cola and Nestlé, then growth since 2020.

  • 02 / The studio

    Hand-picked freelancers.

Garage door half open, orange light on a car

Creative, dev, data: I bring in the right people when the engagement calls for it. You keep a single point of contact.

  • 03 / The tools

    Everything visible. Everything tooled.

Rev counter with the needle climbing, red lighting

Deliverables hub, custom dashboard, AI automations. You see everything, all the time.

Three beliefs. They guide every engagement.

  1. Your problem isn't acquisition. It's who's flying the plane.

Every channel runs on its own. The agency handles Meta, the freelancer handles email, and nobody decides what matters this quarter.

Adding a provider adds a channel, not a direction. What's missing is someone who holds the whole engine and makes the calls.

  2. An audit that decides nothing is worth nothing.

A finding becomes useful the day it carries a decision and a date. Thirty recommendations in a PDF change nothing about the following Monday.

My audit takes two weeks and ends with three dated decisions. Then I carry them out with you.

  3. Growth should be visible.

If you don't know what was delivered this week, and why, you're not steering. You're hoping.

Every deliverable lives in your Hub, every number in a dashboard reviewed on Mondays. One number, one unit, one period.

Fractional, month to month. I find what's holding you back, then I run it.

Monthly retainer · no long-term commitment

Weeks 1–2

Audit. Three decisions.

I go through the accounts, the data and the margin. Within two weeks, you have a diagnosis backed by numbers and three decisions, each with a date. Not a PDF gathering dust.

Weeks 3–10

Build, then run.

I settle into the team and execute the roadmap: acquisition, creative, pages, CRM, tracking. Every week, a check-in and new deliveries.

Every Monday

Growth should be visible.

Every deliverable lives in your Hub, every number in a dashboard reviewed on Mondays. One number, one unit, one period.

Then

Cycle after cycle.

If the engine is running, we carry on, fractional, month to month. Priorities reviewed every quarter.

You're not hiring an agency. You're hiring a Head of Growth who executes.

Thomas Kerleguer

Range is my expertise. I know what it means to own a number.

Five years in large corporates, at Coca-Cola and Nestlé, learning rigour: plans, margins, brands built to last. Then growth since 2020, with brands that are launching or scaling. I connect brand, media, creative, CRM and data, and I bring in hand-picked freelancers when a topic needs a specialist.

Frequently asked questions. Short answers.

Is Overline an agency?

No. An agency runs one channel. I take on the role of Head of Growth, inside your team, for the long run. When a topic needs a specialist, I bring in hand-picked freelancers, and you keep a single point of contact.

How does the audit work?

I go through the accounts, the data and the margin, and I talk with the people running each channel. Within two weeks, you have a diagnosis backed by numbers and three decisions, each with a date.

How long is the first cycle?

The audit takes two weeks. Then come eight weeks to build and run, up to week 10. After that, we carry on month to month if the results are there.

Do you work alone?

I steer and I execute. For creative, development or data, I bring in hand-picked freelancers when the engagement calls for it.

How we get started.

  1. Step 1: 30 minutes

    A conversation.

Your goals, your numbers, what's stuck.

  2. Step 2: Weeks 1–2

    The audit.

Three decisions, each with a date.

  3. Step 3: Weeks 3–10

    Build, then run.

Then cycle after cycle, month to month.

Start with an audit. Stay for the growth.

30 minutes to look at where the engine is stalling. If the project isn't right for me, I'll tell you within 48 hours.
